  • 250g ricotta
  • 3 eggs
  • 20g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt or fine salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 400g spinach
  • 10 cl heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg


  • Frying pan

  • Number 1 Wash the spinach, remove the ribs and wring them out.
